About Me:
I love to write. Creative endeavours and a life that revolves around creative ideas both touchable and thoughtful is something I love. I am usually a little stunned, at first, by anyone who creates, no matter what their art.
Art in any of its forms: writing, painting, singing, sculpting, or any and all of the rest says so much about a person. It tells about their loves and hates, about their passions and apathies. I guess I could pull out my thesaurus and list a hundred different antonyms, but the would just waste your time
Suffice it to say I want to meet someone who is a creative type. I spent most of my life selling things, but stopped doing that about ten years ago. That’s when I decided to become a starving artist. I did try to skip the starving part, but things didn’t’t quite work out. Oh I’m not starving, but reality has a way of making a person do what needs to be done.
Since art in its proper state is freeform no one can actually say who or what art is. So I can’t actually describe the sort of person I would like to meet. For instance, I am a writer, but I don’t collect books. I like to work with stained glass, but I have none installed where I live.
The only real way for me to describe the type of person, woman, I would like to meet and to get to know would be to have her standing in front of me. That way she could tell me all about herself and then I would know what I truly need in my life.
I hope that’s not being lazy. I think I’m just trying to be as honest as I can.
Oh yeah, almost forgot. Things I like: movies, food, beer, living downtown, visiting the country, walking, looking around, talking to people, hanging around the house in the nude, and seeing my name in print, and anything else that makes me happy. Mostly I like to laugh out loud.
Things I don’t like: bigots, two faced people, garbage, bad smells, anything evil or deceitful, money, most poetry, missing a great sunrise/sunset, smoking (tobacco), and anything else that makes me sad.
