About Me:
I am an independent 54 year old DWM. I am 5'8" tall, about 150 pounds, blue eyes, short thinning brown hair, turning to gray on the sides. I have been divorced since July, 1998, after 16 years of marriage that produced 2 children; a son, 19, and a daughter, 17. They both live nearby with their mother. I am a Presbyterian, and occasionally attend a Presbyterian church nearby, but I am not a member. When I was married, we attended the Catholic church. I don't think God cares which church you belong to, he just wants you to worship him from time to time. I consider myself spiritual rather than religious. I am college educated, and work for the government. I tend to gravitate toward doing simple, uncomplicated, inexpensive things; a bike ride on the Katy Trail, a liesurely car ride in the wine country, with a stop at a winery or two of course, a quiet, serene canoe trip, a walk in the park, or just simply spending a quiet evening at home with your special friend, companion, and lover playing Monopoly, or watching a good mystery or drama movie on the vcr, sharing drinks, quiet intellectual conversation, popcorn, maybe a few kisses, maybe more. As for me, I can honestly say I turned a few heads when I was younger. I have an honest, quiet, gentle way about me that some women find attractive, hopefully you. I'm looking for a balanced relationship with a very attractive, HWP, gentle, soft-spoken, easy-going, middle-aged woman.
