About Me:
Like a brilliant diamond, I have many facets and enjoy
many things. I am a banjo playing, singer, folk and
social dancing, outdoor(I enjoy camping in a tent) and
water loving, home and family loving, divorced mother
of five wonderful children (grown & on their own). I
am finding myself in an exciting new world of new
challenges and experiences. I'm ready to take on
whatever this new life has to offer with enthusiasm
and determination and to have some of the adventures
I've been putting off while raising my children. I am
intelligent, caring and considerate, affectionate,warm
and friendly, courageous, determined, open-minded, a
good listener, a spiritual(not religious)Christian,
quite romantic and have a very silly sense of humor.
I like to pass my free time on or near the water,
singing, dancing or playing musical instruments,
camping, rollerblading, quiet times at home, and many
other things. I don't smoke and I drink very little
on occasion. My dream home is a log house either
in the woods or on the water. My dream trips are 1.
Ireland to visit the pubs and hear the music first
hand. 2. Drive West to see the mountains, The Grand
Canyon and Yellowstone to see the geyshers. My dream
car is a Forest Green Jeep Grand Cherokee. My dream
career is to sing back-up for recording artists( I
love to sing harmony. I am looking for a kind,
caring, responsible, intelligent, open minded, down to
earth, huggable, laughable, teddy bear type who enjoys
things like the outdoors, water, folk music, dancing,
family, holding hands and God. An occasional ride in
the country on a motorcyle wouldn't hurt, either.
Suits are okay in the work world, but flannel shirts
and blue jeans are definitely in for the evenings and
weekends. I am ultimately looking for a friend with
like interests to walk beside me and share the rest of
my life.
