About Me:
They say that even the longest journey begins with a single step, and the road to a relationship is a long one, so I guess I need to take that first step, so...here goes.
I don't really have a preference when it comes to the type of woman I am looking for. Age, race, religion, and physical appearances don't really mean too much. It's the person I am interested in getting to know, not what they look like. Beauty is what we have on the inside, not on the exterior. I just hope to find someone who has a good head on her shoulders, in moderately good physical condition (not looking for tri-atheletes but at least be able to survive a nature trail), enjoys a good anecdote, and can handle an abundance of sarcastic wit. Okay, so maybe I do have a bit of a preference.
I have always been an easy going type of person. I tend to get along with most people I meet. I won't make any claims of being Will Rogers and never meeting a person I didn't like, but I think my average is pretty good. However, I believe I have yet to meet a cat that didn't really like me.
My favorite things to do are pretty much all outdoors, whether it be canoeing, walking on the beach at sunrise/sunset, sitting on the rivers edge watching the tide come in, or hiking through some of the best landscapes in the world (conveniently located here in BC), there is a feeling that I get that I can't describe. I can sit for hours watching the clouds roll across the mountaintops, where some people will only see clouds and mountains, I see something more. The closest I could come would be to say it's almost a spiritual thing. A feeling of awe and amazement at how simple, yet intricate nature really is.
I enjoy going for coffee and just talking. I have been told that I talk alot(big suprise after reading this ad) My topics of interest are quite broad and varied. It seems I little knowledge on alot of subjects, and I love to discuss and explore all of them. Sound interesting? I'd love to hear from you.
