About Me:
What I am is a free spirit, age 53, a woman who has raised her family, is divorced, and is experiencing live anew. I am fairly intelligent, not on medication or recovering from anything, not on drugs or addicted to anything but life. I tend to be soft spoken and soft hearted, and admire strength of character, and would like to meet a man who is looking for a real woman. That is a woman who is not a barbie doll wanna be, is not professing to look like a 20 year old, and can share life with you not live on a pedestal. You can look at my picture and make all the judgements necessary from that. I have dark shoulder length curly hair and brown/green eyes. I am 5'4" tall and full figured, healthy and active. Its not hard to get me laughing, but it is hard to beat me in scrabble. For enjoyment I swim and walk, garden, cook, read, draw and paint, listen to music, sing, dance (sometimes even with a partner). I have been a teacher and an interior designer, and came to Florida to be by the water. However I would move in a heartbeat if I miraculously came across my soulmate who happens to live elsewhere. I am not born again, once was enough for me. I do believe in God and believe in being accepting of others, and helping where I can. My family are very important to me, though they all live up North. Travel is great, on land, by air or water. I like music especially rock, mostly classic, but much of the newer stuff is nice too if I can understand the lyrics. I enjoy concerts, movies, going out to dinner- take me out for Greek, Italian, Cuban, Seafood, Steak, Chinese, or Mexican and I am a happy camper.
