Every once in a while I'm inspired to believe that I really do have a soul-mate out there, somewhere in the universe. Often I wonder if the opportunity to meet her is passing me by. I consider my intellect and wry wit to be my best qualities, although it often doesn't come across very well in these ads. :-)
I consider myself to be simple in many ways, yet sophisticated in others. I would say that I'm average looking. (Though I could stand to lose a few pounds!)

I work and study quite a bit, which is my excuse for having to resort to something like this. (Well, I've never been one for the "dating scene" and that too is a reason for this post.) I graduated college 2 years ago and am now in the working world. :-)
I work as a computer systems engineer for a large financial institution in downtown Toronto.
I'm the shy, quiet & sensitive type (yes, I DO cry - who said men can't cry?? ;-) I'm much more inclined towards a few close friendships than to lots of casual friends.
I'm definitely not into wild "partying", getting drunk, high or other things of that nature. I like nice casual dinners or snuggling while watching a good movie.
I'm a firm believer that it's never too late to have a happy childhood. Quite often it is said that men never really grow up. I suppose that describes a lot of who I am. I approach the world with "children's eyes" and attitude more often than not. :-) Though I am not immature as I find so many others can be.
So shoot me for still sleeping with a teddy bear and playing with Lego! ;-)
