About Me:
As much as I value good friends in my life, what I am most interested in discovering is a partner to create a home and family with. I enjoy music, children, travel, and a nice cup of herbal tea. I'm passionate about education. I prefer theatre to taverns, an intimate conversation to a loud party, merlot to beer, community events to TV, and a conscious dialog to passive silence or angry spouting. I'm fairly bright (at least 100 watts), but I'm not up on "stuff". I rarely watch TV, occasionally glance at a newspaper, and when I read it is usually a technical manual or a cookbook. I wear both high heels and Birkenstocks with ease. If I lean at all, it is in the direction of "earthy". You might enjoy a protein shake with me in the morning, or sesame tofu for an evening meal. If you are looking for a slim athlete to roller blade with, it isn't me. Currently, I have a little extra padding. I do enjoy all kinds of physical activities; skydiving, long walks, white water rafting, snorkeling, fire walking, and want a partnership that is active. You won't mind music in our home. I like to play, sing, and write music. I have a BFA in Jazz theory, coach singers/songwriters, and have a small recording studio that I like to hang out in. You don't need to have a lot of money, but we'll want for one of us to be savvy about finance, and I think it should be you :) We are both warm-hearted and tolerant, which makes for great intimacy and understanding, and we have both given time and attention to our communication skills. I have 2 children, a 13-year-old daughter and a 14-year-old son. If you have children, that is fine.
