About Me:
I'm "just" a country girl and could NEVER live in the
city. G.R. is an okay place to visit....once in a
while.... but it's way too busy for my taste.
I enjoy the "simple" things in life: working in my
yard, bonfires with a beer or two, exploring the
woods, walks along the river, lieing in the grass and
watching the clouds and birds float by.... all the
things that we have been so gratiously given.
I'm still pretty much a kid at heart with a lot of
energy. I laugh a lot and still even giggle once in a
while! :-)
I have been alone for a very long time. I raised two
daughters alone. They still live with me, both of them
having full time jobs, one in full time college and
the other (with a Coz degree) is getting ready to head
to the Navy. I have spent the last several years
caring for my parents. Mother died three years ago,
and Dad...four months ago. I think it's time for ME!
I would like to be able to find the man that I could
spend the rest of my life with. I would like him to be
as caring and compassionate as I am. I really do have
a lot to give.
Can you accept me for the person that I am and NOT try
to change me? Can you be a "team player"? Will you
respect me and the choices and decisions that I make
(or have to)? Will you be my companion AND my "partner
in crime"? :-)
I am a strong and rather independant woman, for I have
had to be, but I can bend and sway along with you. A
realtionship, of anykind, HAS to be 100% give and
take. There can be no 50/50. It won't work if you only
give half of yourself.
At the risk of sounding superficial...I must see a
photo of you. Looks aren't important, but appearance
is. Ha! I've had a few surprises in my life! :-( It
really makes one wonder. The initial attraction has to
be there. I'll know when I look into your eyes.
So.... if you would like to be treated like a man, if
you want to come home to a nice home cooked meal, if
