About Me:
I'm "very different" from most people. Not physically but in how I live my life. I'm extremely intelligent it is debilitating in a sense. I have bipolar disorder (a psychiatric disease which affects one's mood) and take medication for it. I currently don't work and haven't really ever worked in my entire life. Since 1989 I haven't worked at all. I receive disability government checks (SSI and SSDI) and live in special 20 unit apartment complex with people who have psychiatric conditions.
I spend alot of time on the internet. I take an interest in combatting Holocaust denial and I'm a regular on the usenet group alt.revisionism. For the past 6 years I've been a community activist. Among some of the issues I was involved in was stopping a mamaged care reorganization of my local human services agency, preventing the sale of a local hospital to a healthcare conglomerate, and stopping a developer's road. I've also in the past frequently written to local newspapers and espoused my views on both local issues (often dealing with land use, Sheriff) as well as international issues.
I have a mind which likes to keep abreast with what's going on in the world. Yes, a tall feat but I try. Although I have never really worked for any length of time I consider myself an advocate and have positively contributed to the community in which I live.
What am I interested in a potential female partner? Someone who is intelligent, nice, independent minded. A person I can talk with, hang out with, etc.
