About Me:
"Who are you?" is a more complex question than people give it credit for. Am I really the most qualified person to tell someone who I am? probably not. And even less so to tell you who _you_ will perceive me to be. And then when you consider the fact that, in REAL life, the ones who are insistent on telling you how wonderful they are instead of just proving it, are typically the ones you want to avoid...But I'll do my best.
21-year-old English major in Salt Lake City, currently attending the University of Utah (for a mercifully-short two more semesters). I like stuff. And things too, but mostly stuff.
Seriously, who am I? I wish I knew. A writer, a reader, a runner, a fencer, a fighter, a poet, a debator, a liver, a lover, a learner. (Not liver in the anatomical sense, you understand.) I also know Dr. McMonkey McBean personally, if anyone wants stars on their bellies at wholesale prices.
That which I enjoy most is happily random spontaneity, with a halfdose of chaos thrown in, and that which I enjoy least is being forced to categorize and tag myself with clichés not to exceed 1000 characters. But hey, it's for a good cause. I'm a mix of cynic, stoic, and Epicurean: "We live in an imperfect world, and there's nothing we can do about it, so let's have a drink!"
Looking for someone interesting and provocative. I am a great fan of new experiences, and this combination is ideal for that. Other things of course can determine what _type_ of connection I would want with a person--whether you are just in the mood for some fun (of whatever sort) or social interaction, or whether you are the intelligent, charismatic, stunningly perfect woman of my dreams, for instance--but the former two requisites are all that are vital. Say something interesting. That's all I ask...for a start.
