Hi there. I'm a 45 year old woman, slowly approaching "athletic build" after lots of hard work to get in shape again. I refuse to rot in a gym on a hamster wheel and have been enjoying my exercise outdoors with lots of beach walking, horseback riding, kayaking, and some roller blading when the temp cools down. I have a nice face, am on the curvey side, stand at 5'7", and am of medium build (really). My work is important to me. I help people who are struggling with life's challenges and find this to be very rewarding. I have a passion for living and personal growth. My spirituality is central to my way of work and living. My "church" is the sweat lodge and the great outdoors. I pray best from the back of a horse.
