About Me:
My name is Pete and I'll start by saying that I will give you some information about myself, everything may not be a exact match to what you are looking for but then rarely are people perfectly matched. I'm a single Caucasian male, 35 years old, approximately 5'7", 170 pounds, very short dark brown hair and dark brown eyes with a overall average type build and looks.
I have a stable job, I work as a civil servant in the law enforcement field, I make a decent living. I have a home in the suburbs which I find can keep me busy doing projects or just regular maintenance. I also have hobbies that keep me busy though I'm not into them as much anymore, maybe the computer can be considered a hobby/tool so that would be my number one hobby at this time. Other hobbies or activities I like to do are bike riding in the nice weather, gardening which unfortunately is only in the nice weather although I do like house plants which I have a some around the house. The winter though I don't really get out and do too much, that is what is bad about Western New York, the winters are usually long and cold, I may get a snowmobile to try and get out there a bit next year. I tried ice skating this year after a twenty year lapse and it actually wasn't too bad, I went to como park but the ice isn't the greatest there, it would be much nicer on a maintained surface.
Other things I enjoy are music, I could listen to something from most types, the sabres and bills, I usually go to a couple sabres games a year. I also enjoy reading news events although most news these days are not that good of news, I also like good movies. The reason I'm writing is I don't go to bars but rarely, I don't think going with someone at work is such a good idea either so at my age where does one try and get to meet someone? I figure since I'm on the computer why not try and utilize it for what I'm doing right now. In a sense this way may be better than at least the bar scene, at bars people are usually drunk which means there
