About Me:
The saleswoman who took my order for a brass bed recently asked if I was a university professor. She explained that she was basing her guess on my beard, glasses, large head and pleasant, patient demeanour. I told her she was close.
In school I was classified as possessing a high I.Q., in university in the 70's I earned a B.Sc. in Computer Science and recently I've returned to university at Carleton on a part-time basis. Students (and profs) often mistake me for a prof. I may end up with a B.A. (Hons) in Economics but that's not my primary motivation. I simply enjoy learning and trying new things.
When not engaged in activities such as volunteer work, studying, playing a game by mail and e-mail, watching intelligent movies or cycling, I pass the time weekdays in the public circus, crunching numbers for others.
I'm 47, at least chronologically, have been told I look 42 and can tell you I still feel 21.
I've been divorced for many years and our only child is now 21 and attending university out of town. My purpose in placing this ad? To be honest, while I'd like to live happily everafter in a long term relationship, I wouldn't mind a little fun along the way.
