About Me:
Most of my friends describe me as being a vivacious,
stylish chick, and I rather like that. I'm a university
educated professional, who loves her job and thrives on
new challenges.
I'm very much a girly girl, in the sense that I like to
always look the best that I can, so designer clothes,
make up and perfume are part of my daily routine. In
keeping with that I go to the gym four times a week,
and would go even more if I had time, I just get a real
buzz out of being active. When I do have spare moments
I like catching up with friends, going to live theatre,
the movies and such. I'm more of a festival films
person than someone who likes cliched Americana. The
same goes for books, I'd consider myself well read but
I prefer edgy contemporary fiction to popular best
sellers. Generally I like things that make me think,
and challenge my perceptions. In saying that though,
I'm not super serious. I love a good giggle, and I
really love going out dancing. My musical tastes are
quite varied and depend mostly on the situation or my mood.
Apart from all that, I'm passionate about traveling,
and although I've already been to lots of places, there
are heaps more I want to experience. I'm also a big fan
of random acts of kindness, and get enormous
satisfaction out of doing nice unexpected things for
people.
I'd really like to meet someone who knows what they
want out of life, and who is neither too scared or
lacking in motivation to go for it. Ideally this person
would have as little baggage as I do. I don't really
mind if they have different likes to me, I'm old enough
to know that compatibility has more to do ethics than
having similar tastes in TV programmes, and besides I
enjoy learning to appreciate new things. I just want
them to be real, I don't have time for game playing,
when I say I'm going to do something I do it, I want
someone who gives me the same respect. Looks wise,
someone who cares about their appearance would be
