Hi There,
My name is John, but my close friends call me Johnny, and I am a student at the University of Hawaii where I Meteorology of the tropics.
I am very happy in my life. I have been a traveling surfer for most of my life. However, the surfing contest that I used to do doesn't offer me the kind of life that I want right now. This is when I went back to school so that I could better understand the wather conditions that provide me with such pleasure as surfing, and hopefully be able to predict the waves better.
Besides surfing I love being in nature, and experiencing all the beauty the world as to offer.I like to jog as well, swimming, hiking, walking along the beach, rollerblading, riding bikes, etc.
I would have to say that traveling does indeed broaden people's horizons. I have been lucky enough to travel all over the world through surfing and I have been open to the many ways of the world. I feel that if more people traveled and got to know the cultures in where they visited it would be a more open world.
