Hi there,
I live in Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA. While I do enjoy the mountains I am more an ocean person at heart. I enjoy nature very much... the view from a warm sandy beach as the sun is setting over the ocean... the enjoyment of watching snow slowly drifting down to blanket all it falls upon... the crispness of mountain high winter air is just as desirable as a mild coastal breeze. All, wonderful experiences.
Eventually I intend to move to a small coastal town where I can spend my days sailing and enjoying the ever-changing seascape. Do you like to sail?
Now for the marketing pitch. I feel that I have many attractive qualities... compassion, humor, romance, intellect, and security top the list. And, I really like to snuggle! I'm an excellent listener and must have sincere, two-way, and meaningful communication with my significant other. Affection is an absolute must-have characteristic of any relationship that I would be part of... it's my nature to hug, kiss, nuture, squeeze, and caress. Moving on... I relocated (via job-transfer) to Colorado about two years ago (from the Washington DC area). I have a 19 year old son that lives with me... we are absolute best friends. However, he is getting ready to move on with his life and will be leaving home soon for military service.
I retired from the United States Marine Corps almost four years ago. I'm educated (have a BS & MS in Electrical Engineering and a BS in Psychology) and I work as systems engineer here in the Springs. I turned 41 in Oct. I am 5' 8" tall, have green eyes, brown hair (okay... brown WITH strands of gray), and have very wide shoulders (stocky build).
