About Me:
I am a physician and very health conscious individual. I see what I eat and do enjoy physical workouts 3x a week. I am not a regular church going person, but consider myself spiritual. I am an avid reader and if time permits, I also write. I enjoy Deepak Chopra, Khalil Gibran, Wayne Dyer, Tony Robbins and the likes.
