About Me:
My interests include Nature, music, loving life (I have a bit of a wild side, in my own quiet way), but I also am an academic, interested in folklore, archaeology, and anthropology.
Grew up in the wilds of Alaska, was a professional rock musician for a few years in California, now in Dublin as an academic researcher, and loving it. I never do anything I don't love-- I could just as easily live in the wilds again; I miss it tremendously. But right now I'm enjoying my work, (polishing up my first academic book, as well as writing articles), and I'm enjoying learning Irish (Gaelic), and seeing where life leads me next.
