Hello, my name is Chiqueta (Keeta for short). I am a 24 year old black female. I enjoy reading, watching movies, listening to music and web surfing. Some of my faavorite authors are Mary Higgins Clark, Janet Evanovich, Jackie Collins, and Sue Grafton. I'm not sure how I stand musically right now. I like all kinds of music but my favorites as of now are Paula Cole, Sarah Mclachlan, and Fiona Apple.
I'm honest (but not to a fault), friendly, likeable and I'm a good listener and a good friend. I'm a bit shy until I get to know you and I'm not very likely to talk your ear off, but who knows, maybe you're the guy that can draw me out of my shell. I'm looking for A reasonably intelligent, honest, caring, and unmarried man. I'm not looking for someone straight out of a romance novel because frankly that's just a little too much perfection for me, and too much perfection can be even more boring than I can handle. You don't have to look like Sean Connery or Denzel Washington or even Drew Carrey for that matter (I think Drew is cute but don't tell anyone I told you that!) I would prefer that ebonic not be the only language that you can speak. Race is not an issue. I feel it's hard enough to find the right person so I don't want to narrow down the selection to just one race. Age is also somewhat unimportant but I must say that I don't think that I could be involved with someone too much younger than myself because I think that would just feel too weird.
I'm not looking for one night stands and I am not into head games. If you can't come to me honestly then don't come at all.
Bottom line, what I want is someone who I can be as comfortable with as I am by myself. That may be a lot to ask for but a girl can dream can't she?
