About Me:
I've spent many a year on the road living for myself but now I'm more grounded and have time for others in my life... I've been fortunate to have traveled the world over a few times and again. I've been forever enlightened by many different people and experiences in many different cultures. Even though I had the luxury of going to college for five years, traveling has been the best education I've could have ever been blessed with. From third world countries on every continent to the Mediterranean Riviera, I now understand what others mean when they say "ugly American" and I live my life remembering this as my creed...
Though the years are now seeming to pass at an accelerated, and sometimes alarming, clip, I realize I have much more I want to do in my life than I seem to have allotted time for. I've taken the long road to China (literally) and back with me as my guide and the only thing that will enlighten me more now is to take that same road again with that someone else that can point out the things I missed along the way...
With that in mind, I'm now an ambitious event manager for a start-up company that I'm looking to help build it into a national corporation. I've always been a tough competitor but I take pride in the fact that I don't let it rule, or ruin, my world.
I've had more successes than failures in life but I live with the confidence that only I need to now the successes and at the same time I can teach others better by using my failures as examples.
I've always enjoyed the company of others but feel just as comfortable when I'm alone. Although I'm always on the lookout for something new to do, Skiing, hiking, driving, sightseeing, traveling, and OF COURSE lounging are a few of the pastimes I do well.
I love to listen to alternative, jazz, and classic rock depending on the mood I happen to be in (or the flow the traffic on the freeway for that matter). But my favorite to do is go out to eat at a dive or chic restaurant, doesn't matter just as long as the food can li
