About Me:
Im American of hispanic/latino background from New York City but I live in Geneva Switzerland. I work for the United Nations so I do a lot of traveling back and forth between NYC and Geneva. I dont mind it at all. Its quite fun especially because NYC will always be home to me and someday - will probably move back there. Ive been living in Geneva for six years and before that - I lived in NYC for 18 years.
But right now - Im quite happy and content and I enjoy my life in Switzerland and in Europe. I consider myself very fortunate. It makes travelling much easier too and I love travelling especially to the south of France. Do you like travelling? I truly do love travelling and seeing different places and cultures and values. I think it allows one to understand and appreciate the diversity that makes us all interesting and attractive to each other.
Why am I online? I dont think its because Im lonely. although being lonely isnt necessarily a terrible emotion to experience in the first place. I think it actually makes one appreciate the company of others even more. I guess Im online because technology allows us now to use it as a means to travel and meet people of various shapes, size, color, etc more conveniently . . . and I like that! Its fun!
I get to appreciate the fact that there are many other people who, like myself, admit that they need people in their lives . . . friends or otherwise.
