About Me:
I consider myself to be independent and strong willed with a dry, slightly twisted sense of humor. I usually try to find at least one redeeming feature in everything that life has to offer. Sometimes this can be quite a challenge(have you ever been to Wyoming?)LOL. I tend to be a happy person for the most part, but I confess to crying at all the sappy parts in any movie(even cartoons) O.k. I've been corrected by my daughter, I cry at any emotional part of a movie, but I laugh at most of the cartoons. I am happy being a women and don't want to be the man in a relationship. I like to ride motorcycles and love to take long rides in my convertible in the mountains. I like the feel of the sun, wind and warm rain. In the winter you would most likely find me in front of the fireplace with a good book. The used book store is another winter hide out for my daughter and I, we can get lost for hours looking for good books together. I have tried skiing a few times, enjoyed it, only fell a few times, missed all the trees and wouldn't mind giving it another go. Though I must confess, the snowball fight afterwards was more fun. Spring is my favorite time of year because I can finally plant my flowers again. Gardening is a great joy and spiritual therapy for me. I also enjoy fishing, as long as I don't have to kill any worms myself.
I appreciate a man who has enough confidence in himself to be the man in the relationship, but is smart enough to know when to let me handle things myself. He must already have been raised as I am not looking to be the mother of a full grown man, I already have a child. If you have figured out that life is to short for head games, if you can learn something from each day, for what it has to offer, good or bad, if you can except that all people are unique and that this is a good thing, if you realize that all children are special and should be told so daily and believe that your word and your honor are the most valuable things you have to offer another person, we would have much in common.
