About Me:
I was sitting at the computer one Saturday night when WinAmp started randomly playing a lot of sad, romantic songs. I took this as a sign that I was finally meant to find someone for me. I think part of the problem with personals ads is that it's very easy to present yourself in a variety of different ways, which may or may not be appealing to the right person. To avoid this, I've decided to simply present a factual representation of myself and let people draw their own conclusions. ;) I'm a smart, funny, wise, mature, silly, introspective and unusually creative person. I take great pride in my ability to make people laugh. A few things I like are: books (I love Margaret Atwood), movies (Moulin Rouge is my favorite), computer games, cross stitch, drawing, kite flying, cooking, writing. I'm a visual person. I don't watch a lot of TV, and I don't really care for sports. For music, I like rock or pop or country, things like Prozzak and Matchbox 20 . I am not really fussy. I don't think I am a difficult person to get along with. I'm 6'3" tall, weigh about 180 lbs, with a slightly athletic build. I have very dark brown wavy hair. I wear glasses. I think of myself as having sort of an "everyman" appearance. Oh, and I'm much too honest. I would like to meet someone who likes to read, has a strong sense of humour, and knows that being silly is serious business :) . I would prefer someone who is healthy and not very overweight. Add five points if you're an Aries. Subtract one if you're a Jennifer. ;) I would really like to have a good female friend I could sit around drinking wine and acting silly while playing Scrabble with. But if that's too much to ask for I'd settle for just a girlfriend. Oh, and I'm too polite - thanks for reading. :)
