About Me:
Hello,
My name is Gail and I've been widowed now for just
over three years. I am a fifth generation African
Canadian and would like to find an African Canadian
or African American male about the same age as myself
to become friends with. You would definitely have to
be a non-smoker and a social drinker or non drinker.
If we become more than friends that's a bonus. I
enjoy travel, reading (fiction), weekend getaways and
sitting at home just relaxing...I enjoy a good drama
(TV or movie), watching sports (basketball in
particular) and I enjoy listening to smooth jazz, soft rock and
R&B. I must admit that I'm really not a very good
cook and only do so to avoid starving. I enjoy
eating out periodically and I walk for about thirty
minutes at least four times a week just because. I
consider myself to be a romantic and to me 'holding hands'
is one of the most intimate gestures there is.
I have a very warm heart and I cry easily, whether
they're tears of sadness or joy, and there is nothing like a good sense of humour. I am financially
stable, have worked for the government for over
twenty-five years, have three grown children, all
living on their own and would very much like to meet
someone that considers TRUST AND MUTUAL RESPECT most
important in a solid relationship of any kind. If

today's standards, I guess I would be
considered 'good looking'. I dislike talking about my physical looks because beauty's in the eye of the beholder.
