About Me:
I have lived life at a break neck pace for the past 42 years. Please bear with me as I unfold my past in a paragraph. I was born in Asia and reared in Hawaii. My summers were spent on the beach as a surf bum. As an adolescent, I drifted as a ship without a rudder blown from one crisis to another. I wanted to live past 30 so I changed my ways. I became a Christian. I escaped from my home and “friends” and began a new life. I got a college degree and a year later, a post graduate degree. I have traveled throughout 16 countries in this our great and wonderful world. I have shared tears with widows of regional conflict. I have experienced the hospitality of the desperate poor. I have laughed with a crowd at an open theatre. I have stood on the Great will of China. I have snorkeled the Great Barrier Reef. I have surfed a tidal wave. I have roped cattle off of a running horse. I have witnessed the plight of an immigrant parent. I love my mother. I can eat sushi until I pop. I believe in the sanctity of women. I think that the human family is beautiful. I think “mean” is a four letter word. I have experienced the love of a good woman. I am well educated, well read, have lots of experiences, and extremely humble. : )
