Hi!; I'm Ron. I find this a bit awkward talking about myself; but how else does one get to know each other. I am a SWM, 45yo, 5-10 tall, 190 lbs. I have an average/athletic build.....yeah right! You be the judge. I try to eat healthy and exercise regularly. I still have a "V" shaped body at my age....LOL. I am a non-smoker, social drinker, college grad living in the New Haven area.
