About Me:
I have had a pretty interesting life so far.... I
now work for a multinational company and have been
fortunate enough to be posted overseas for 10 years or
so, the first 8 in Asia ( Tokyo ) and the last 2 in
Argentina ( I'm back in the States now though ).
I have traveled far and wide and I still get off on
stepping from a plane in a different
country/culture/language etc. and seeing how it all
works.......plenty to discuss there if you're
interested.
The down side to the life I have had thus far is
that I have not been able to settle on a partner ( no
time, bad timing, cultural differences, she turned out
to be nut bar, I wasn’t ready, etc. etc...). However,
I'm now back in the States, based in the Chicago area
and able to focus on what has been missing…..namely,
someone to share life with for life.
What am I? I'll take a quick swipe at it....I'm in
good shape ( regular at the gym ), I'm tri-lingual (
English, Spanish, Japanese ), I'm solid economically (
I own my own house ), I'm about a 7 on the looks scale
( 8 on a foggy day ). I enjoy intelligent, open
minded, humorous people with the right blend of self
confidence and humility. You'd think that meeting
normal decent people would be easier than it is....
What am I looking for? The non-negotiables are,
good physical shape, well grounded emotionally,
positive outlook on live, propensity to laugh and
enjoy life, genuine character/personality ( by this I
mean, if you’re a little wacked out in some respects…
that’s fine, who isn’t, just don’t try to portray
yourself as something that you aren’t ).
