About Me:
I'm a nice guy, honest, smart, fun to be with, but then I bet everybody says that. I don't like loud, crowded places, so I don't go to bars much. Most of my friends live in other states now anyway, and it's not like I'm going to go by myself. Some people would call me shy. But most people call me Ben. Which is better than some things I've been called. Anyway, really the best way to get to know someone is if we talk. I hope I have the chance to get to know you. (Not in a biblical sense, I'm not one of THOSE guys)
I like being outdoors (rock climbing, hiking, camping, etc.), reading (Shakespeare, Dumas, Tolken, among others). I have at least a passing interest in more things than I'd care to list (such as ska music, anime, martial arts, oh wait said I WASN'T going to list them).
I'd like to meet new people to spend some time with. I have a wide variety of interest and I'd like to find someone I could share them with. If you're near St. Louis we could go hiking and rock climbing, or go to a Card's game, or watch some old movies together, or just talk about anything and everything over a cup of coffe (although I drink tea). I've been wanting to learn how to dance, so it's be nice if I could find someone to go with me too. I'm up for almost anything really.
I like having stimulating conversations, and hearing other people's opinions on things. So I want to meet people who are intelligent, opinionated, and can hold up their end of an argument. I'm mainly looking for people to chat/hang out with, but if something more develops, great, but I don't expect much.
