About Me:
Well, you clicked on my add. Now youll get a chance to learn something about me. Hmmm...Well, here goes. For the last five years I have been traveling all over the world, Russia, Italy and South America. I am ½ Native American and ½ Italian. I am the typical curious George and thrive on learning just about anything. I am an avid reader and enjoy writing/journalizing of my life experiences. I have had the fortunate chance in my travels, to learn about all sorts of cultures and people. It has broadened my outlook on life tremendously. Philosophy is also a passion of mine and I am currently reading “Consciousness Explained” by Daniel Dennett. He was also the co-author of “The Mind’s Eye”. Lets just say that I enjoy challenging my mind to new ideas and concepts. So, I believe that I am open-minded person and that sometimes I must lay aside what I think I know. So that maybe I can learn something new. I think this concept is one of the great keys to learning. I do this journal thing for my two (boy,3 girl,6) children. They live with their mommy in Texas and with all my travel. I dont get to see them as often as I would like. I think that someday they may find it interesting to look back on it and know more about their Papa. We have been separated for over two years now and the divorce will be final in December/00. One of my favorite quotes is “Contempt, prior to investigation will leave you in lasting ignorance”. To me all living things have meaningful purpose and deserve the basic respect that we would rationally afford our own selves. I dont place lot’s of validity on how people look, talk or dress. To me, it is more about self-respect, heart, character and whats on the inside that counts. Some of the activities I really enjoy are golf, billiards, tennis, horseback riding and anything outdoors. BTW…I am one of the true outdoorsmen. I prefer an actual tent when camping…lol. My life motto goes something like this. “To hell with Reebok, this is my planet" LOL
