About Me:
I'm a happy, laid-back person who gets a lot of fun out of life. I'm half English, half French, so I'm cool and confident on the outside, but there's a warm heart on the inside! I live in London, the town where I was born and bred, and in Bath. I'm very sociable and outgoing and I really love city life (restaurants, bars, theatre, you name it....even ballet for Mum's birthday last week!). I am fortunate to have a good circle of friends to do these things with. But I also enjoy cosy winter evenings curled up at home. I'm also quite independent, and into travelling, cycling, diving and generally being out and about. I work in banking in the City. I love my work, but it doesn't define who I am. People sometimes say I avoid talking about it, which isn't true. It's just so boooring to meet someone, say at a party, and the first question you get asked is 'so, what do you do?'. I was in Australia recently and was so impressed with their attitude. It's more a case of 'so, what do you do with your life?'. Finally, be warned - I tell lousy jokes!
I'm looking for someone with a great personality, who lights up the room when she walks in. A woman who can stand on her own two feet, yet dreams of falling in love. Someone who doesn't pretend and can be open about her feelings - just being herself, making it easier to get to know her. I like outgoing and fun people, but who are serious when it matters. I like doers: 'those with interests are interesting'. I'm also very attracted to a woman who has a strong sense of style.
