About Me:
Born 1959 in Havana, Cuba; have brown hair/green eyes, am average height/weight. Seeking a European man, who is either Dutch or lives in the Netherlands, for a life partner (friends first). I am a single woman from the San Francisco Bay Area, planning my move to the Netherlands in the near future (I want to make my home in Amsterdam or Haarlem).
I am a fine art/social documentary photographer with a grown daughter and small granddaughter. Life is great now, but I find myself missing the joy and challenge of creating a cozy and dynamic homelife (and marriage) with the right man. He will have a turned on consciousness, a bright mind, warm heart, active body, fiery spirit and integrity. Tolerance, a good sense of humor and positive outlook on life matter to me. He would most likely be 40-50ish, perhaps a parent also. Probably works in some creative environment: artist, writer, filmmaker, architect, designer or craftsman of some sort.
Life in America no longer appeals to me and I dream of living in a place with trains, trams and bicycles. Likes: foreign/independent films, travel, learning new languages, museums & galleries, architecture & design, reading & collecting books, hanging out with friends, good food & wine, keeping up with world events, horseback riding, going to the beach. Very eclectic musical tastes. Dislikes: fundamentalism of any stripe, self-centeredness, excessive television watching, shopping malls, limp handshakes. Oh, and I have tattoos if that matters.
