About Me:
Serious consideration was given to cheating my way
into a lower age group (as I reckon I might just get away with it), but honesty prevailed and
hopefully that says something positive about me. So
... I'm 46 and still slim, fit and healthy with a high
percentage of the original hair and teeth left. Five
foot eight (1.75m) if that's important. No Adonis, yet no
gargoyle either. My main occupation in life is attempting
to balance my desire to enjoy it against my efforts not
to be one of the dim-wits whose egos get in the way of the
need for sensitivity and respect for the people and
stuff around them. Not so easy when your brought up
in the man's, man's world. I guess that if
you're looking for the twenty-four-hours-a-day-fun-
packed-relationship then you need to move on to the
next contestant. If it's the sort of thing that puts you off, you need to know that I'm a bit of a lefty.
One of my past relationships bore the fruit of a son
who is now thirteen and lives with his mother, now a good
friend. I love him very much, even though I'm not one
of those natural parents who profess to "just love
kids". Time with my son is valuable, but so is my
time spent on other parts of my life. Which come in
many and various guises ...
