About Me:
I am a 6’2”, 175lb, Caucasian Male of athletic build. I am a Network Engineer in the IT industry. I know the difference between a sense of humor and being annoyingly immature. I have two beagles and two cats that I return to each night. In my “spare” time, I enjoy riding my bicycles (Mt. and Road), riding my motorcycles, hiking, helping friends (do whatever), and watching movies. I am not (by any means) a sports “nut”. I have been educated in Meteorology, Aerodynamics, and Navigation. I have received my Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Science. I have worked as a carpenter, auto-mechanic, retail salesman, food preparer, electronics assembler, flight instructor, corporate pilot, tech support manager, and internet engineer. I have enough experience to know what things I do NOT want to do, and the desire to work towards what I DO want to do. (Of course, this also means that I can fix cars, fly airplanes, cook, fix household electronics, and repair home projects!) I have lived in four states (PA, FL, IA, VA) and have worked in six. I have lived with, befriended, and dated people of varied ethnic backgrounds. I do not tolerate prejudices. I stand up for what I believe, regardless whether it is ‘popular’ opinion or not. I believe that: -Quality is SO much more important that quantity. -If something is worth doing, it is worth doing right. -An informed purchase will prevent a repetitive purchase. -Most individuals use 100% of their intellectual power 100% of the time and it’s still not enough. -There is no such thing as the perfect car, motorcycle, house, or watch. -Life is about compromises. -The way you treat others will be returned to you tenfold. -Not all of those around us are here for the first time. -Spirituality need not be “organized”. I do not believe: -That I was placed on this earth to terminate the lives of spiders, beetles, worms, snakes, or deer. -In Conspiracies. I DO believe that I have gone on too long about me… I’d like to hear about *you*!
