About Me:
5' 11" (basically a smidgeon short of 6 foot after a
good morning stretch!). 12 1/2 stone (about 175 - 180
lbs), dark medium shortish hair with a moustache (not
the hair, silly, my upper-lip!).
I'm in quite reasonable health being slightly sports
minded, but not as much as in my youth, but I do like
to keep an all-round level of fitness, but I'm not
obssessive about it.
My interests are quite varied, ranging from reading,
music, films, theatre (when I get the chance), some
aspects of the internet; and I have a great love of
the English Lake District.
I do like to socialise, but cannot abide loud and
loquacious people. When I nip to the pub I go
primarily to meet friends and drink conservatively - I
do not like getting drunk, but I do like to get merry
on the odd occasion. In the right company I can let my
hair down and let it ALL hang out, well, not
literally, of course, but hey! you never know!
I'm looking for a lady whose disposition and outlook
on life is perhaps similar to my own, so that we can
double the ambience of a love of life, history, arts
and cultures, by simply sharing and revelling in them.
