About Me:
Hi I'm a professor at a university. I'm a linguist.
My passion in life is travel and I love being an
expatriate. I want to spend the next few years
exploring Korea and the Far East--so, I'm looking for
a friend to do this with. I really go by the "feel" I
get with somebody, so I suppose I should say that I'm
looking for friends to have fun with, and then, if
the "feeling" is there, that's great. I love it when
a woman is a good cook... but I am a good cook also.
My favorite hobby is going out to restaurants. My
favorite kind of music right now is Spanish. But my
music tastes seem to change every year or so. I am
happiest when I'm by the sea... this is when I feel
most at peace also.
My ideal match should be an adventurous woman who
loves to travel. I want to live in different
countries around the world; this is my life's
passion. So, somebody who really wants to be my
girlfriend or wife would be somebody who loves to
travel, wants to see new places, and live in
different countries. I like a cultured person who
likes to read, who enjoys the arts.
I'm a bit too old for hanging out in the local bars
and getting drunk, which seems to be the major
passtime here in Daejeon. Maybe I'm a bit boring but
I like a quiet and simple life.
I have wanderlust pretty bad, but maybe
paradoxically, I also have a strong desire to settle
down. So, I guess I'm a world traveler who's looking
for a good reason to settle down!
