About Me:
I live north of Seattle in South Everett,WA. I have
been divorced a very long time, haven't had a serious
relationship since 1991. This was my choice, mainly
because I felt I needed to get my priorities straight.
I used to think I needed someone in my life in order
to have a life, however that with a lot of hard work
has changed. I now want a person in my life and there
is a difference between needing and wanting. I'm 56, I
have blue eyes, ash blonde hair (from a bottle).
Sometimes it turns out a little darker than I want and
then again it sometimes turns out lighter than I
expected .
I don't smoke (quit 5 years ago) and I don't drink. I
am 5'3"tall and weigh around 170lbs. I am overweight
but I feel that I'm in proportion to my height. I
rediscovered food after I quit smoking, everything
taste so good. I am in the process of trying to lose
some of it but it does keep a person 's wrinkles at
bay. .
I believe in honesty first last and always unless it
will deeply hurt another person. Communication is also
at the top of my list, without it there is no
friendship of any sort.
I have a slight disability which causes me to need a
cane at times or a strong arm to lean on..
I can dance fast dances as well as slow ones, not as
many as I used to as I grow older. I prefer slow
dancing because I enjoy being held.
One of my hobbies is photography, black and white and
of course color..I hope to learn how to do my own
developing as it can get quite pricey. I enjoy movies
as well as renting a video. I enjoy walking on the
beaches of Puget Sound my favorite one is Picnic Point
it is used very little but has a great view of the
islands and the mountains. I'm not into long mountain
hikes but can handle short ones that are not hurried.
I enjoy most of the usual things in life such as
dancing, dining, family, movies,music, photography,
theater, travel, and most recently darts.
