Here is a bio that I have written to help introduce myself.
I am originally from Western Washington, Olympia. I spent the last 4 years in the Louisville area, 3,000 miles from family and friends. Much too far and much too long. I have just moved to Tucson to be near my daughter and her family.
I am an attractive, young looking 50 year old, single female. I am 5' 2" and currently a size 14. Hopefully with some time at the gym with my daughter and dancing with a new Arizona friend I didn't bring a car full of size 10's and 8's 2,000 miles. I have dark brown hair (my daughter says black) which ever, it is mine-not Clairol's, and hazel eyes. I say that I am "THE" pale person in Tucson. Teresa says there are others.
I have 4 grown children, a daughter 34, a son 31, a daughter 28, and a son 26. My 2 oldest are still in Washington State. My oldest daughter has 4 children, my oldest son has 2 children. My daughter in Tucson has 2 children. My baby and his lady are working on their degrees in Philadelphia. Yes, that adds up to 8 grandchildren, and no, I am not old enough to have children that old. I am just efficient, not to mention productive.
I have been an accountant for over 20 years. 15 of those years I did so both as an employee and self-employed with my own practice. While in Louisville I ventured into something totally out of character and opened an espresso shop.
Ultimately, I am hoping to find that special someone to share the rest of my life with. Not real original or unique, just honest. Since I am single and new to Arizona I expect my search for "MR. Right" to introduce me to many new friends.
