About Me:
I'd consider myself an attractive, intelligent, educated(BA,MS),spiritual, physically fit male who has an even temper, a positive attitude towards life and a sense of humor. I enjoy cooking, dancing, exercising both with weights and cardio, reading, traveling, whitewater rafting, camping and the company of my two dogs are just some of my interests. I work for the government. The people I deal with on a daily basis are "high profile" and their activities often make front page news. The job is is very mentally stimulating in an odd sense. My real passion however are my real estate investments. I own and manage numerous pieces of rental property. I very much enjoy finding properties subsequently rehabbing them and then renting them out. I am still working on a book I started years ago on how to invest in real estate. Have written 8 chapters to date.
