Hello! Well, while I never thought I would be embarking on a dating adventure at this age, life doesn't always end up where you think it will. So you choose another path, and see where it leads you.
I'm a young 57 year old white, widowed, N/S, 5'7" lady with no children. I am relatively unencumbered (except for a little white cat), financially comfortable, healthy, full-figured and attractive. I am currently semi-retired professional business owner.
I love reading, music (especially classical), the arts, movies, international and local travel, meeting and being with people, and having great friends. I also enjoy walking and being outdoors, quiet romantic moments, dining out as well as cooking together (I'm a very good cook and prefer healthier meals most of the time), and much much more. A bit of an eclectic, you might say.
I am also a spiritual person but not necessarily religious. I believe that in every difficulty I have found a gift although I have had to wait, at times, to find it. I also strive for a balance of quiet moments of reflection and activity with every experience being enjoyed to the fullest. A positive outlook is part of my nature and being open to what life has to offer is anticipated.
I also respect myself and others, have integrity and am honest, believe in interdependance, am nurturing, kind and considerate, express open and direct communication, and am joyful. I love to laugh and be playful. I am seeking a long-term relationship and ask that you please be emotionally available and interested in working toward this type of a relationship.
