About Me:
Hi! My name is Marty, and I am a single parent of 4
boys, ages 14, 12, 7, & 6, and NO, I'm not out "Mommy
Shopping." I have my boys because I felt I was the
parent best equipped and committed to raising them,
and I'm doing A-OK. Not to sound standoffish, of
course, the right woman who actually fell in love with
my kids at the same time she fell for me, and wanted
the role of mother, obviously, the boys could really
benefit from a female role model, so that they can
learn first hand how to respect a woman, and how to
love and care for her. It's just not the prime
objective, but I Knew it would be the first thought,
therefore the first addressed. I'm 36 years old, 5'9"
tall, 165 lbs. blue eyed, light brown/blond hair (what
little I've got left!). I wear it short, and have a
neatly trimmed mustache. My most "distracting
feature" is actually a tie... eyes that seem to read
your very soul(even when I'm not trying), or ears I
have to tie down in a windstorm(no kidding...Darren
Stevens had Nuthin' on me!). But the most desireable
qualities would be fierce loyalty, devotion,
a "permanently passionate" form of real love. I am a
little old fashioned, I believe that chivalry is
not "dead", it's merely been in a long sleep. But as
a single dad, I know my way around a house, a kitchen,
a yard, a car, a grocery store...you get the point. I
don't beleive in "cheating"...been there, done that,
only on the wrong end I guess(as if there were a right
one). I believe a woman should be able to be trusted
to handle herself, and any improper advances, but she
should be able to rely on her man not only to "back
her up" if need be, but to make sure she never had a
reason in her own heart to even want to consider
being "untrustworthy". As for my interests, I love
classic rock and roll, going to concerts, shooting
pool, I love swimming and BBQ'ing, I really like to
entertain at my home, usually, but I'm not a hermit, I
like to get the heck o
