About Me:
Hi, Having never written an "intro" about myself before, i really don't know what to say. Just an ordinary guy, living and working in Halifax. I love jam bands and dancing/listening to them. (DMB/Phish/GTB) I'm not into the 'pickup bar scene' as such,..but i do hang out at Planet Pool quite often because of the music. Being outside makes me happy,..doesn't matter what i'm doing,..just as long as i'm outside. But i'd much rather toss a frisbee around on a sunny day, or sit under a shady tree and eat lunch. The best is hiking along the coast outside of Halifax,.....makes me feel alive. I'm very curious about the world around me and love to explore new places/ideas. I love to sit in coffee shops, sipping on java and people-watching. Well there you have it. A feeble attempt to sum up who i am in a couple of paragraphs. Oh,..i'm supposed to say what i'm looking for,...
Well that would be someone who loves life and is not a couch potato. Realizes that males and females are different and appreciates the differences instead of expending energy trying to change that person to who they want them to be. Someone who knows what's going on in the world around them. I wonder about people who live a bubble world,..you know the type,..they can't solve the world's problems so they shut it all off and pretend that it doesn't exist. They don't read newspapers or watch the news. Hey,...i'm not looking for a Phd in current affairs, just someone who cares about the world. Someone who appreciates the history of this awesome city (halifax) and loves to live here. Someone who loves people-watching. (i was on the Canadian Olympic people-watching team) Someone who wants a guy to treat them like they should be treated, with respect and honesty. I can't say that i know what women want but i have lots of female friends and i always try to make a note of what makes them happy.
