Hi,
I am a hard working person who prides himself in being an excellent provider.I have been a commercial real estate broker for 15 years. I am cool "under fire" and have learned that compromise is the key to resolving differences. I am very curious especially about people from different cultures.I feel that I am mature and have realistic expectations that a long term relationship takes work and that sometimes there are bumps in the road that need to be worked on.
Fitness is important to me. I am in very good shape, do not smoke and watch my diet. I swim 2 to 3 miles
a week and work out about 2 times a week with weights. But,I am not a "meathead" Body builder. My favorite sports are Wind Surfing, skiing and Biking. I also love to travel !!!
I was born in Germany but lived in the USA most of my life. I was raised with an international perspective and I therefore, would welcome email from women from both the USA, Europe and Latin America. Nationality aside, I am most interested in a woman who is self confident and well rounded (culturally) . She must also have a good understanding that financial rewards take lots of hard work and sometimes sacrifice. Emotional stability and the ability to compromise is very important to me. A woman who is a non smoker, physically fit and enjoys outdoor sports is a definite plus.
