My favorite food classes are Italian, Chinese, island, German, French. I find that most dishes that call for fish can be adjusted to either chicken breast or pork tenderloin. For supper last night I had stuffed pork tenderloin and cheese potato tarts. All done in my trusty toaster oven.
Music I like, in this order, classical, smooth jazz, old time rock and roll, Latin, and last, country/western. Rap and the off shoots of the metal movement leave me with a bad vibe pattern between my ears. I have over three hundred CDs including the 40 vol. set of Juke Box Hits Of The 50’s/60’s.
The woods be cool. Camp a little, fish a bit, chase bear with stick. I was an eagle scout several eons ago, and could still survive in the great outdoors.
