I spent my life as a head-turner, and I had a pretty good life
with a career I enjoyed. Then sudden serious illnesses
with elderly parents and the caring for them changed my
entire world forever. I am also now widowed after spending 30+ years with a man I met after high school. My way of saying that sometimes the stresses of
life can take its toll on a normally vivacious, happy,
laidback, "head-turning" soul (like how you can gain a
good bit of weight camped out in hospitals and rehabs for
7 years straight). Anyhoo, I live on 10 acres in the
country and I love it. Love the mountains, the ocean,
camping, fishing, boating, car races, movies, music,
books, a nice dinner in or out, and I am a pet parent
(mega animal lover!). I'm a flower child of the 70's, I love
to laugh, Christian by faith, I came from a good home,
I'm straightforward and loyal to a fault, but I'm too
mature for all the "fussing", negativity and/or games. I would just
like to be happy again, have a best friend and companion,
and I would love to travel (as in further than the
East coast mountains or ocean... :-)
Who I Would Like To Meet:
Good sense of humor and similar interests. I don't
care if you're heavy or thin. I'm more interested in the
